1. Status: These terms & conditions have been last updated: 3 November 2025.
2. Scope & Definitions: Wherever these terms refer to "Accelerator" they refer to an 3a3p AI Accelerator program described on this website, wherever they refer to "you", the terms mean a business partner/client, and wherever they refer to 3a3p, they refer to CoreCortex Ltd. as the organiser acting under the 3a3p brand.
3. Binding Nature of your Challenge: You sending over and briefing our academic partners on your AI challenge is a binding expression of your interest to become a corporate partner of 3a3p and its AI Accelerator program and for us to commission an academic partner to work on your AI challenge under the terms and conditions outlined here.
4. No Commitment until Confirmation: Unless we have explicitly confirmed a challenge, 3a3p is under no obligation to run such a challenge with our academic partners, nor to deliver any output for it.
5. Cancellation Policy: From the time your challenge has been accepted and confirmed by us, you can cancel under the following terms:
>2 month before: 10% of partnership fee
>1 month before: 50% of partnership fee
<1 month before: 100% of partnership fee
6. Fee Policy: All fees, expenses and costs charged are to be understood without VAT where applicable. Our standard AI Accelerator program fee is tailored to the size of our respective corporate partner and the applicable amount is:
If no other written price agreement has been made, the above applicable standard fee shall apply. Program price does not include costs for data, tools, travel, accommodation or other reasonable expenses needed to deliver against the challenge. Any additional services rendered (AI transformation consulting, AI strategy development, AI coaching, AI skills-building / upskilling, AI talent identification, AI skills based recruiting, AI automation consulting, AI / agentic process & workflow automation, etc.) will be charged for separately and in addition to our AI Accelerator program fees, based on our standard hourly rate of £250.
7. Invoicing & Payment: Invoices for AI Accelerator program or any related services rendered will be sent electronically, one week after the challenge and program participation has been accepted and confirmed by 3a3p. Requirement for any delivery against the challenge is full payment of invoice no later than 2 weeks after invoicing, and no later than 2 weeks before start of the respective AI Accelerator program. Cancelling a confirmed challenge does not render an invoice void, but will only entitle the cancelling party to a refund in part, according to our cancellation policy (see point 3).
8. Commitment to Point of Contact: All AI Accelerator partners commit to having at least one dedicated contact person available for questions, feedback and clarifications of our academic partners and their students. This contact person will provide his contact details (e-mail address and where required telephone number) and will commit to at least 10 hours of feedback and resolving questions related to the submitted AI challenge, with all questions be resolved in a timely manner, with a general response time of no later than 48 hours after a question is sent over.
9. Final Presentation: All AI Accelerator partners commit to inviting at least one student team / the student team with the best solution to the submitted AI challenge over to their headquarters to present their solution in person to the respective board of directors or managers responsible for the challenge. The business partner also commits to pay for all related costs for travel and accommodation for the student team and their academic advisor, as outlined under point 6 (fees policy).
10. Data & Privacy: By submitting an AI challenge, you consent to us collecting, storing and using your data (name, email, company, occupation, telephone contact details, additional interests, needs and dietary requirements) for the purpose of organising and delivering the event. Your data is handled by CoreCortex Ltd. in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unless legally required or for essential service delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability: While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and safety of our delivery, CoreCortex Ltd. shall not be held liable for the quality of the output of the AI Accelerator program's academic or commercial partners. Nor shall CoreCortex Ltd be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during attendance or en route to or from any academic partner presentations, briefing events or other related AI events, except in cases of proven gross negligence. All clients and their guests attending any of our or our academic partners' AI Accelerator events are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings. We recommend taking out comprehensive insurance to be on the safe side.
12. No Liability for Third Party Engagements: CoreCortex Ltd shall not be held liable for any third party engagements with other commercial partners or entities evolving or resulting from any 3a3p program related activities. CoreCortex Ltd is neither responsible nor organisationally associated with other business entities who might deliver related or extended services around our 3a3p program to our clients. Our clients will have to manage their relationships with these business entities separately and hold them separately responsible for their work.
13. Code of Conduct: We ask all corporate partners to show appropriate, respectful and polite behaviour towards our academic partners and their respective student teams. We reserve the right to ask any corporate partner to abstain from contacting our academic partners or their students in the event should they continue to violate this code of conduct or any additionally applicable guidelines or locally applicable rules & regulations.
14. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or modify any AI Accelerator program due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, strikes, travel restrictions or any other unforeseeable issues we or our academic partners or their students encounter). In such cases, we will offer a refund in the amount of any funds not already spent to organise the AI Accelerator program at the time of the unforeseen circumstance preventing the program from happening.
15. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
16. Acceptance & Changes of Terms: By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated here via this website, or by email.
